  • PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY: Plans cover products purchased in the last 45 days. 

Zoku Store is NOT responsible for any compatibility issues that may arise when (1) products or options not supported by Zoku; (2) configurations not supported by Zoku; (3) parts intended for one system are installed in another system of different make or model.


This Limited Warranty is NOT transferable and applies ONLY to direct customers who purchase products from Zoku Store.


Once it’s purchased it will automatically be saved on file under warranty exclusive services.

What does this 2-year warranty cover?

  • This limited warranty covers any defects product under normal use during the warranty period

  • During the Warranty Period, our team will repair or replace at no charge, product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Our team will either do the troubleshooting by email, repair the product at no charge or send a replacement if it can't be repaired.


What does this limited warranty not cover?

The Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
